Sorry but no pictures...not because I didn't want to but someone wouldn't let me near enough to snap a photo but I'm not too sure you would want me to take a picture of Paul's armpit and the thing that lives there...CURIOUS YET????
So a week and some days ago Paul was complaining about a zit in his armpit. Now my first thought was is it shingles (this is where my shingles started), then I thought gosh you must be one zitty guy haha. Then a few days went by and it got bigger as did Paul's complaints soon it was the size of a small grape and red and under it on the inside it was swollen. So he went to the doctor only because he looked like Quasimodo hunched over favoring his entire arm...men can't handle pain like us women can.
It was an infected sweat gland that had various infections on the inside causing the red swelling and the swelling under that.
I KNOW A PICTURE WOULD BE GOOD RIGHT NOW BUT EVEN AFTER THE DRUGS HE WOULDN'T BUDGE!!!!
So our doctor said it's very common-YUCK! and he just needed 2 shots and then another dose 24 hours later in the BUTtom. Paul said his bottom hurt worse then his armpit. Again men and pain they can't handle it. Right at this very moment he is at the doctors getting his 2nd dose...
BOTTOMS UP Paul we are all BEHIND you 100%
I just crack myself up

Horse back riding

Our neighbors have 4 horses and the kids just love it.

They all got to take a little ride around the neighborhood.

They all got to take a little ride around the neighborhood.

Katy my sister in law and I also got to take a little ride too with our neighbor Diana- it really wasn't so little. On memorial Day weekend we decided to go for a horse back ride. The horses were on a 20 acre lot so we drove there and stood at the bottom of the hill hoping the horses would come. After about 5 minutes she told us we were going to have to catch them. Lets just say Katy and I had no clue what we were getting ourselves into and this story is the short version. After walking up down, across and back and 40 minutes later we called in for reinforcements. Mike, Tom, Joel and Damon our neighbor hood boys came to help and after 2 hours we ended up corralling one and I got on him and then helped corral the other two. I felt like a real cowboy/ranch hand. I was galloping at full speed and praying I didn't fall off. It was fun.
We rode for another 2-3 hours and we were pooped to say the least. After 3 weeks I still had knots in my inner thighs. After the long horseback ride we then hiked to a remote part of Dufur and saw the most amazing waterfall-Sorry no pictures I didn't have it on me but next time I go I promise to take it. I felt like and Eagle looking down a canyon.

Paige and her BOY friends
So they aren't really her boyfriends, they are boys and her friends Paige told me polietly.
The one on the left is Derek he lives just a house away and comes over just about everyday. The one on the right is Hayden. He lives a bit further away but was hanging out with Derek and thought they would come to Paige's house to play.

They both told Paige her hair was soft and silky (after they touched it) and asked her why, she repiled, "I use conditioner".
I am in a heap of trouble when she's a teenager-I thought I would have a few more years :(
He's Graduated!!!!
Here is Jake
Jake and his wife Katy
He just graduated from the Oregon College of Arts and Crafts with his Bachelors Degree in fine arts on Saturday the 17th.
I think I speak for the whole family when I say:
CONGRATULATIONS JAKE......We are proud of you and love you...and your the best Uncle ever!!!!
Jake and his wife KatyI'm soooo tired
Since we've moved and the kids are running around like a bunch of crazy turkeys with all the neighbor kids (can you picture all the turkeys????) They (the kids) have worn themselves out and my two little ones just couldn't keep up.

Here is Noah asleep in the stroller after I walked to pick Paige up from school.

Here is Ben in his high chair during his snack before bed. He just couldn't make it.

catching some ZZZZ's
In the NUDE
Okay I am done laughing...no wait a sec....
Noah is just one busy dude with things to do and places to go and on this particular day he went to the neighbors because all the kids happened to go there to play in the sprinkler (they had swimsuits on). I didn't know it at the time until I decided to go find Noah and when I opened my front door there was Noah walking towards me in the NUDE!!! I started to run towards him but turned around to go get my camera it was just too funny, so here is my brown skinned baby in the NUDE!!!!

here is what he was supposed to be wearing

BEFORE
Many of you know how moving is hard and not fun. (this is our 7th time in 8 years going on 9 years of marriage twice I had a newborn baby under a month old) I should be pretty good at this by know but I'm just tired.
Unloading the truck is time consuming and hard and unpacking is well... it is fun but yet after everything else you just wish you could wave your magic wand and POOF! it's all done. I snapped a few photo's of our first few minutes and days in our new house. I am in the process of taking "AFTER" pictures so you can see what it looks like after I clean it all up but it is slow going.

The moment we got out of the car from our long drive Noah jumped out of the car and went straight to the DIRT! I was mortified!!!! I thought I could hold him off for a few minutes but I just couldn't do it. I almost had a heart attack but I had to let go while he had a blast as I thought
that does look like fun. Maddie joined in a few times but she was more into the swing. I'm pretty sure Paige was off chasing the neighbors dog Nugget.

Outside shed-worst part about the shed is it still looks this way only add all the boxes and bikes and the old fridge and recycling. We are hoping to clean it up this weekend. If Paul could have a huge room all to himself this is what it would look like thus he has no room to himself!
Here is Noah telling me how strong he is and is being a big helper.
Here is Maddie on the swing in the backyard and Noah in the wheelbarrow with Paul pushing it along in the front of our house.

While I was in our house the first day the neighbor came over telling me Paul called to tell me there was a problem something to do with the entertainment stand. I knew it I said I knew he would drop it and I was sorta right. It has been moved a few too many times (it wasn't a great TV stand but it was one)and it just didn't make it. Here it is as it came off the truck-this was only part of it, it had two more pieces to it!

In Dufur if you are lucky you will have a street sign. If you are really lucky you will have a normal street sign like the kind you see in most towns.
Most of the street signs are handmade-rumor has it from a boy scout who did his Eagle project. Anyway they are hard to see and not the greatest but here is ours!

That's it till I get some shots of the "AFTER" Could be a few weeks we have a few projects along the way
*Paul's garden-in process
*painting a few window frames-soon
*gardening-this weekend?
*Paul's chicken's (he wants chickens to save money on eggs-next it will be a cow and who knows what else he has up his sleeve)-unknown
Anyway for those who want to come visit I hope you do the invite is always open and if your on your way to Idaho or Utah stop by for a drink or something stretch your legs in Dufur :)
